Shipping policy

✨ Ready-to-Ship Items

Items that are already made and ready to go will be shipped out within 7-12 business days after your order is placed. This is due to the smaller town we are in, tracking may take 1-3 days to update.

🧶 Made-to-Order Items

Items that need to be created just for you will be shipped within 3–4 weeks. Each piece is handmade with love, I truly appreciate your patience while I work on your order.

📦 Combined Orders

If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, they’ll be shipped together once everything is finished.

🚚 Shipping & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package on its way to you.

Shipping times refer to processing only and don’t include carrier transit times. Delays with postal services or during holidays, weather, and other events not stated may occur.
