Shipping policy

✨ Ready-to-Ship Items

Items that are already made and ready to go will be shipped out within 7-15 business days after your order is placed. This is due to the smaller town we are in, tracking may take 1-3 days to update.

PREORDER Items

Items that need to be created just for you will be shipped within 3-5weeks. Each piece is handmade with love, I truly appreciate your patience while I work on your order.

📦 Combined Orders

If your order includes both ready-to-ship and made-to-order items, they’ll be shipped together once everything is finished.

🚚 Shipping & Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a tracking number so you can follow your package on its way to you. Please note tracking takes 2-4 days to update.

Shipping times refer to processing only and don’t include carrier transit times. Delays with postal services or during holidays, weather, and other events not stated may occur.
